Culinary Management and Culinary Apprenticeship Serving Lunch on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays during the Fall & Winter Semesters Serving Dinner on Tuesdays & Wednesdays during the Fall & Winter Semesters Lunch Reservations are available at 11:45am, 12:00 noon and 12:15pm. Lunch is a 3 course meal for $9.95 + applicable taxes. We ask our guests to vacate the dining room no later than 1:15pm as our students have other classes to attend. Dinner Reservations are available at 5:45pm, 6:00pm and 6:15pm. Dinner is a 4-5 course meal for $15.95 + applicable taxes. When making a reservation please leave your name, the date, the number of guests in your party, and a phone number where we can reach you. We regret that we cannot take reservations for tables larger than 8 people. We ask our guests to arrive on time in order to facilitate service timing. Space is limited so don't be disappointed - please book early! Please note: We advise our guests that the published menus are subject to change depending on the availability and quality of products available to the school. As this is a marked, academic exercise for the students and apprentices, we regret that we cannot offer menu substitutions or alterations. All gratuities are distributed to the students at the end of the term. Please note that we DO NOT serve alcoholic beverages. Meal plan cards are not honoured. Our students benefit immensely from the real life experience of ESSENCE restaurant. |
